Wren on Water Can - A wren is perched on an antique water can eyeing a tasty treat in the bug sitting on a leaf above the purple and yellow Heartsease.  This painting was inspired by the wrens who regularly visit our backyard habitat. It was created on a Fredrix stretched canvas using professional grade oils.   A spray varnish was used to enhance and preserve the vibrant oil colors.
