Gold On Pink - A beautiful American Goldfinch perches on a branch of new pink spring blossoms.  This realistic painting was inspired by the many birds that visit our backyard habitat - especially the brightly colored and lively goldfinches.  It was created on Centurion archival stretched linen with staple free edges using professional grade oils.  A spray varnish was used to enhance and preserve the vibrant oil colors.
