Butterfly Heaven - Butterflies and purple lilacs make for a "Butterfly Heaven".  This impressionistic-realism painting was inspired by the flowering bushes in our backyard and the many different species of butterflies that come to dine.  It was created on archival Centurion stretched linen with staple free edges using professional grade oils.  A spray varnish was used to enhance and preserve the vibrant oil colors.
